In El Paso, parts stores usually open early and close late seven days a week, while salvage yards keep shorter hours and may charge a small entry fee. Across Texas, dealer service is the safest route for recall work and warranty repairs, which are free, and for software-heavy jobs on newer cars. Fuel prices change daily and vary block by block, so the listing's location and hours matter more than the brand. For rentals, reserve ahead on weekends and check what insurance the agency requires.

I had inquired about a bumper that I was looking for on my vehicle. We told them the trim that we had for our vehicle and the precise part that we were looking for and they told us that they had it in stock. We get there for the part and it didn't have the part that we were very specific about needing and the guy's response was very annoyed like "this is all there is. There are no other options for this make, it changes for the next year" to which we showed him the picture of the bumper for the exact year that we asked for and he just shrugged and showed no intention of helping us and was just like, go look somewhere else because it is no longer my problem. No effort to try and remediate my problem or help me look or special order a part because they don't special order anything for whatever reason.

Treat this place like it has EBOLA!!! I called the Texas Avenue location because the Montana location did not have the part I need. At 3:30PM, I spoke to the person on the phone at the Texas Ave store about the part, he doubled the price from $44 to $85. After the initial shock, I decided to go down in person and negotiate with him and hopefully this location would price match the friendlier store on Montana. At 4:15PM I arrived to a grimy looking building and entered the store. The counter person looked up from whatever task he was performing to dismiss me rudely telling me the store was closed, SINCE 3:00PM!!! He told me that I would have to come back Monday, and he just wanted to go home. Why couldn't the guy tell me the store was closed when I called him 30 minutes after closing? What kind of person stays an hour and fifteen minutes after closing, with the door open? I'm still pissed off about this. Especially after wandering around two salvage yards in the heat for a few hours. Just to reiterate; price gouging, rude douche bag, dingy dirty store that lacks pride and shows the only interest is your money. Avoid this DUMP!!! p.s. Writing this did nothing to ease my irritati
